Come and join us in the big red barn for an evening of exceptional wine, cheese, and food pairings. Violet Hill will be presenting exclusive wines not available at the LCBO and Fromage will be pairing cheeses and providing a tasting menu from each region. Spanish Cava, French Chablis, Italian Lambrusco, Oregon Pinot Nori, and Barociccato Bianco, an Italian orange wine, are the featured wines for the evening. The tasting menu will include a smoked duck leg confit, Spanish manchego torta, sliders, and tiramisu.
